Just in case you somehow got tired of corn dogs (is that even possible?), a new food-on-a-stick will be making its glorious debut at the Taste of Chicago food festival -- the popcornsicle.

Created by former "Top Chef" contestant Richard Blais, the popcornsicle is a ball of caramel and cheese-flavored popcorn, shoved onto a stick and dipped in liquid nitrogen. It is supposed to create a "sub-zero" feeling in your mouth, much like anything that was just dipped in liquid nitrogen would.
