Can't find the time for the gym, but somehow still have time for TV? Have we got a workout for you! Actually it's more of an anti-workout: Just five simple toning moves you can do while chained to your desk or enjoying commercial breaks. Because if you're going to lose your dignity by watching "Wipeout," might as well ditch some cellulite at the same time.

1. Do seated bicep and tricep curls with 5- or 8-lb. dumbbells, at least three sets of 12 reps on each side. (Tip: Soup cans are a good substitute for weights in a pinch.)

2. Squeeze in calisthenics at commercials -- try jumping jacks, knee raises, or just climb your stairs. One study found that women who walked up 199 steps, which you can do in a little more than two minutes, six times a day for six weeks, were measurably more fit afterward.

3. Perfect your posture with this trick: Pretending there is a string attached to the crown of your head. Then, picture someone pulling it straight up. You should feel your head slide back slightly while your neck and spine elongate.

4. Sit on an exercise ball to burn up to 20 percent more calories than using a regular chair. If you're at work, get up as often as you can -- grab some water, hit the copy machine, ask your boss a question. If you're at home, physically get up to change the channel each time instead of using the remote.

5. Chill on your side and try these easy leg lifts. If watching all that movement on "So You Think You Can Dance" makes you just too tired to be upright, straighten your bottom leg and bend the top leg at the knee. Raise the top leg, extend your foot until your leg is straight, then bend again at the knee and drop it to about 3 inches above your lower leg. Do 50 reps total, then switch sides and repeat.
