I drink ViB when I get in my daily "funk" around 2 p.m. at work everyday. I think it stands for "vacation in a bottle"?? It really helps put me in a better mood when I feel the pressure from my job. I'm relaxing when everyone else is grabbing coffee or energy drinks!

Sex. Not only does it increase endorphins in the body, it also burns calories and pushes toxins out of your skin (if you're active enough during to break a sweat).
