We love working up a sweat dancing our asses off to mash-up DJs like Girl Talk and Danger Mouse, but sitting down and carefully listening to each track, trying to place every beat's original artist is equally pleasing -- and a totally different kind of challenge. That's why we were stoked to come across Ethan Hein's sample maps. Hein diagrams how artists like LL Cool J, Al Green or Michael Jackson (and many more) sample one another's work, sometimes even mapping out entire albums, like "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" or GZA's "Liquid Swords." After all, who doesn't appreciate a good infographic?
