DO doodle.
Arrive at a meeting a few minutes early and jot down some notes (even if you only actually appear to be writing). That way your boss will think you're a few steps ahead and already contemplating what you want to get out of the meeting.

DON'T fiddle with yourself. If you're wearing jewelry or glasses, don't mess with 'em. It may just be a nervous tic for you, but to others you look fidgety and even untrustworthy (or, uh, seductive).

DO get inclined.
Leaning forward slightly -- whether in a meeting or one-on-one -- instantly makes you seem more invested. Try to at least sit erect; leaning back sends the message that you're not interested.
