Identifying Characteristics: She's always conveniently leaving the table while everyone's settling the bill. Or stepping out of the cab before you've paid the tab. Or borrowing a couple of dollars for a movie/pair of shoes/rent. Every time she swears she'll hit up an ATM on the way out. And somehow it NEVER SEEMS TO HAPPEN.
