Oh, the things we do for love: fret, primp, obsess ... and get vaginal reconstructive surgery to entice younger men. Wait. WHAAAA?!

A Russian grandmother (identified only as Nina M. -- for which her grandkids are probably thankful) has done just that, having recently paid surgeons to transform her 75-year-old lady parts into something much more ... spritely.

It was an odd situation for the doctors, as apparently vaginal reconstructive surgery is requested by much younger women. Nina's hope is that the cosmetic procedure will help her land a still-virile husband. How such a guy will know about the surgical miracle in her undies is a mystery, unless Nina plans to custom-print a T-shirt that reads "Face of a Grandma, Crotch of a Virgin."

What's important here, if anything, is that Nina is pleased as punch with the results and feels like a young woman again. At least in one small portion of her body, that is.
