Ohio State students recently protested a speaking engagement starring generally sexist bro-blogger Tucker Max (this photo was labeled "Tuckerbiggirls"), and in response, student reporter Molly Gray wrote a particularly ire-inducing editorial admonishing the protesters for being, in her words, "stupid."

"I do not, and will not, feel bad for women who are objectified by men like Tucker Max," she writes, going on to say, "Read his work and you'll see, every girl he has taken advantage of is usually drunk, seeking attention, and is always acting stupid."

According to her brand of twisted psuedo-feminism, we can't expect men to refrain from taking advantage of women. But women, well, we should know better!

It reminds us of a similarly caustic diatribe aimed at young women penned yesterday by Linda Hirshman over at DoubleX, which called out Jezebel bloggers for being sexually provocative and insinuated that they'd brought unwanted male advances on themselves.

Bottom line is that both Gray and DoubleX seem to think we should excuse men's douche-y frat-boy behavior (and even rape), blaming it all on the women who "provoke" it instead. But we'd rather jump into bed with a guy like Tucker any day than get in bed with his ideology by blaming the women he objectifies. At least if we had sex with him we'd get something out of it.
