With men getting laid off at a higher rate than women, economics experts are predicting that women may become the majority of the American workforce as early as this summer. If forecasts that employment will continue to decline play out, then employment could fall below 131 million, and female employment could exceed male employment for the first time ever by August. So, what does this mean for us?
Much as we'd love to see more women at all of levels in the workforce, some of us actually like working with men, because shoving a whole lot of women together in an office can get kind of, uh, tense. Although we have heard that if women ran the world there would be no war and we'd all braid each other's hair while singing feminist folk songs, so maybe a woman-heavy office would be more caring and musical.
Tell us! Do you prefer working with men or women?

I'd prefer to work with people that are competent at their job, male OR female.
