We didn't realize what a huge part of our childhoods Dom Deluise was until he died this week. While his live-action career was dedicated to fratty, divorced-dad favorites like "Cannonball Run" and "Blazing Saddles," we'll remember him for his amazing voice work in pretty much every animated movie ever (from "The Secret of NIMH" to "Oliver and Company" to "All Dogs Go to Heaven"), perhaps most notably as Tiger, Fievel's paranoid kitty friend in the "American Tail" movies. Reminisce with the showstopper below, and have some Swiss cheese ice cream for the big guy.

I LOVED this movie when I was a kid. I never realized that was Dom. Now I want to go listen to the "Somewhere Out There" song too.
