Quiet Riot, The (n.): When a meek wallflower of a dude engages in his first real binge-drinking/insane party. Sometimes he doesn't know how to handle his nerves so he overindulges. At first, he might be reserved, but once he has a few drinks in him, he starts to unwind -- a little too much. After six cans of cheap beer and three shots of whiskey, he will be on your bathroom floor naked and puking in the toilet.
Whoa! It's like watching a spool of ribbon unwind into a tangled, knotted mess.
