The only thing more humiliating than being out of work is the soul-sucker that is the interview process, and thanks to fewer jobs and larger (read: MASSIVE) pools of candidates, employers are asking potential workers to jump through more hoops than ever.

Enter Glassdoor.com, a Web site that seeks to demystify the process by listing median salaries, insider company information, and perhaps most entertainingly, anonymous reports on exactly what goes down during various interview processes.

Gems from the latter include managers who asked hopefuls "creative" questions such as "When is it OK to lie?", "What would you do with 100 Christmas trees in July?" and the ultimately thought-provoking "If you were a cereal, what kind would you be?" (Lucky Charms?)

Our own personal favorite phone interview included the oh-so-original, "What are you wearing?" And no, it wasn't for that kind of job. What's the worst question you've ever been asked during a job interview?
