She moves into your place, copies your hairdo, flirts with the same guys and dresses the same as you. It sounds like "Single White Female," but for one British girl it's her mom. Janet Cunliffe spent over $15,000 on plastic surgery to shave decades off her appearance -- and turn herself into a person who is often mistaken for her daughter's younger sister. Janet told reporters that she spent most of her savings for cosmetic procedures on her eyes, nose, breasts and lips, and also shelled out cash for hair extensions and a youthful new wardrobe.
The weirdest part? Her daughter Jane says she doesn't mind. But we don't buy it. Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but in this case it seems like the sincerest form of being two crumpets short of a tea party.

Why not? You only live once and the world has enough misery and horrible things. A little beauty adds to our humanity, makes us, or at least me, smile and admire, and reminds me of what a wonderful life it really is.

That's fine, but wait till the mom gets older and her boobs fall.

I think that's fine, especially if the daughter doesn't mind. If the mom wants to be beautiful & doesn't mind spending that much money to do so, why not? You only live once! Looking good does make you feel better!
