A new study from Northumbria University says that women are more likely to be attracted to men who have a good sense of humor, which apparently also has the power to make us dismiss physical imperfections like beer bellies, baldness and Tevas with socks. Perhaps because we can't see them too clearly through the tears of laughter streaming down our faces?

Women associate a good sense of humor with being more intelligent, which in turn makes someone a better mate because they will be able to provide better for their offspring. And you just thought you liked to have a good time.
