Perhaps you thought you had enough going on in your life to be worried about. Well, let the news floating around the Web today -- featuring cannibals, vampires, wild beasts, and ghosts -- prove just how wrong you are.

For starters, you probably weren't worried about your best friend getting drunk and chopping you up with an ax and baking you in the oven and freaking eating you! It happened ... in Siberia.

"But I don't live in Siberia," you're probably thinking. Well, what about spooky ghosts in Scotland? A man just happened to snap a shot of one in a 14th-century castle there. So far experts have been unable to prove the pic (left) was Photoshopped.

Here's something a little closer to home -- a fancy private school in Boston plagued by vampires! You can thank "Twilight" for getting these rumors started.

If that doesn't get you worked up, there is always a chance that you'll just be sitting in your corner bar, minding your own beeswax, when a bobcat will storm in and start trying to murder everybody! It happened in Arizona.

Kind of makes you want to curl up in a ball on the couch and do your best Devon Sawa in "Final Destination" impression, doesn't it?
