The '80s! Such a heady time, rife with designer drugs and spiral perms -- and a whole library full of VHS tapes designed to help guys effectively hit on women. In this clip culled from one of those instructional videos, a sweaty creepazoid/serial-killer type ambles up to a couple of women mid-conversation and coughs up a weak pick-up line.
