I'm a teenager and I've personally never heard this. I'm not one of those "goody goody" kids, either. No drug-craving kid I know would ever do this. Don't lump all teenagers in one basket; stereotypes are rarely ever 100% right.

This is not a joke. Prostitutes have been putting cocaine in their vaginas for many years, because of the effect it has on the customer, and it probably spread from there. Suggesting it is widespread is silly, but it's not a hoax or anything. Sadly, it's a good way to completely destroy the reproductive system, which is very vulnerable to stuff like that; I know a woman who practiced this as a teenager, has tumors as a result and is not going to be able to have children now.

While cocaine is expensive, there is a reason drug users choose to absorb it anally, as opposed to via the membranes of the nasal cavity. The absorption into the bloodstream, and therefore the perceived intoxication, is greater and more efficient than insulfating cocaine (snorting). So users who are addicts and need to conserve their resources, or those seeking the best possible high from their cocaine (without injecting it IV- which will produce the greatest high, clearly) will sometimes take it vaginally or anally. Not a hoax- but more often applies to addicts than the exploration typical of early teen use.

This is so lame, the thought/idea of this, I'm pretty sure, came from an episode of law and order. They showed that the victim overdosed not by injecting the cocaine but from sitting on a chair that the guy had lace and forced her to sit on naked. I have never heard of anyone in real life doing this, nor have I heard anyone talk about doing.
