Imagine living in the middle of a war zone while trying to report the news -- and take care of your two small twin sons. That's the life of Amira Hanania, 27, a Palestinian journalist and the subject of the new documentary, "Live: From Bethlehem."

Why We Love Her: Hanania began her journalism career at the age of 17 (while most of us were busy being bratty teenagers) as an on-air talk-show host, and is one of the few female reporters in Palestine. "Live: From Bethlehem" chronicles Hanania's struggles while working at the Ma'an News Agency, the only independent news agency in the Palestinian territory.

Quote: Hanania recently took part in the University of Wisconsin's Distinguished Lecture Series and told the crowd, "You have a responsibility to make your country do whatever it can to make the lives of Palestinians, Israelis and all people throughout the world as good and peaceful as possible."

No matter what side of the Israeli-Palestinian debate you come down on, there's no denying that Hanania is a force to be reckoned with.
