We are obsessed (obsessed!) with MTV's reality dance-competition show "America's Best Dance Crew" -- especially since this year one of the top two crews is the all-female Beat Freaks. The Beat Freak ladies, from Los Angeles, come hard with a badass B-girl style and have wowed ABDC judges Lil' Mama, Shane Sparks and former N*Sync-er JC Chasez with their crazy head spins and flips and intricate choreography. Last week our hard-hitting investigative reporter Sassy met up with the Freaks for a quick-and-dirty dance lesson and interview. Watch Sassy take on the girls -- and catch the season finale of ABDC live on March 5 when the Beat Freaks battle the equally talented Quest Crew.
