If TV chefs are any indication, women have been rocking the culinary scene. Last December, Stephanie Izard became the first female contestant to win "Top Chef," and women are dominating season five of "Hell's Kitchen." Add Giada, Ina and Kat Cora to the mix, and it's no wonder we decided to make this LifeSpy an homage to female chefs who blog. Take that, Emeril.

Stephanie Izard: Speaking of Stephanie, if you've been experiencing withdrawal since the fan-favorite's appearance on "Top Chef" season four, you're in luck. The Chicago native posts regular updates at her blog, so you can follow her through all of her food-inspired travels and the opening of her own restaurant, The Drunken Goat.

Movable Feast: Pro chef and food writer Louisa Chu gets to do really boring stuff like traveling around the world cooking and eating, judging "Iron Chef," and y'know, just hanging out snackin' and chattin' with superchefs Alain Ducasse, Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert. How she still has the time to cook, write and take beautiful food photographs, we have no idea. Try not to lick the screen at her photos of duck-fat french fries, pine-nut chocolates and the most beautiful French cheeseburger we've ever seen.

Eggbeater: If you subscribe to the "the eyes eat first" theory of cooking, then check out Shuna Fish Lydon's diary of her fabulous job, which she describes as chef-slash-food-photographer. (We're jealous-slash-impressed.) One day she's posting gorgeous, almost porny pictures of produce, and the next she's handing out her recipe for the perfect chocolate coconut sorbet. Whatever her mood, this New Yorker-turned-Londoner's posts should always be read with snacks at the ready
