But 9-year-old Jayla Cooper suffers from leukemia, and doctors predict that she may only have a few weeks left. So, friends and family gathered to grant her dying wish by celebrating her vow of "friendship" to 7-year-old Jose Griggs, whom she met in the hospital at age 5. the kids had a "FRIENDSHIP" ceremony if you watch the video the minister says "do you take jose to be friends for life" she says i do. if you've never had a child family member die from cancer or other long term disease then you have no idea what this family has been through and you have no right to criticize them for granting this young girls dying wish. some kids do dream of weddings at that age after all they do make wedding gowns for costumes for kids that age and if they weren't popular then they wouldn't be made. you people that are outraged about this need to quit saying this was wrong and look at the whole picture and remember that this lovely 9 year old only has a few weeks left to live and that this has given her family and friends something beautiful to remember instead of years of agony she has went through
