Well I will tell you this much, as a heavily tattood woman I realize that sometimes a tattoo can only make sense to the person wearing it and that it should not matter what anyone else thinks. My problem with the tat's in these photos are not the content of them, even though some are just stupid, it is the quality of the work. The tattoo's in these pics are of low quality work and I feel sorry for the women who have to wear them for life...!!!

I agree with you Amanda. Yes, the tattoos are ridiculous, but hey...hopefully the person who got the tattoo likes it and it is what they wanted, but yeah..the quality of the tattoos are horrible!

OK some say its personal expression, others say it only has to make sense to the tattooee, its a free world, free speech including tattoos, a window to the soul if you will, a window, or a sheild. Hmmm OK A face is a face but I have seen some BUTT fugly faces before. Not a whole lot you can do about the face unless your best friend happens to own an irate drugged up chimpanzee (sorry) but a tattoo...... if you cant stand the commentary people might have of your tattoo... cover it up. I do n ot see tattooed women as skanks but if a tattoo pleads for comment.... I shall do so. Its usually in the form of a question. Some tattoos look like they cause more pain than the day they were administered.

Hey, I believe people get these "interesting" creatures, names or quotes for a reason known only to them. Who am I to judge? It’s all beautiful.... That my friend is a silly statement in itself. If you didn't care what people thought then you wouldn't get one. Everyone knows tatoos are an expression of someone although many will argue "its just for me". bullshit.
bad tatoos are the mind child of hillbillies and people with poor taste. good tatoos are either for social outcasts, those trying to make a personal statement or just trendy assholes.
90% of the BAD tatoos i see are on women. they all want to be rebels when they are young but afraid daddy (or society) will kick their ass...so they get something stupid and small tucked away they hate when they decide to become a yuppie.

Sober she was not very happy with them.

Its very ovious that most if not all those tatts are of very low quality, not to mention some are just plain stupid. I have two tatts they are in very good taste, and inked by a famous tattoist, they are not big and extravagant but to me they have meaning, and they are very lady like. but to each their own . peace!!!

Actually, the DNR one makes total sense - if that's how you really feel, tattooing it on your body is the best way to make sure your wishes are respected. In an emergency situation, it's impossible to tell just by looking at you that you don't want to be resuscitated... unless you write it on a place they'll have to check (as opposed to in your wallet, which might be not immediately recoverable).

Yeah. I believe they've actually had a few court proceedings wherein people had DNR's and they weren't honored simply because its the medics jobs by default to resuscitate. But, they didn't have the proper paperwork to tell them not to do anything. Must be horrible to be a paramedic or doctor and have a DNR shoved at you.

Well then there are a lot of women who are "cheap skank whores" out there then because more and more women have tattoos.
Interestingly enough, I have found that men that make such statements are intimidated by women with tattoos because they themselves are short, arrogant, low-self esteem ridden d-bags who have nothing better to do with their time than to make horrible, untrue statements about others. Oh and they lack size in a certain part of their anatomy as well.
