Women might be moving toward equality in most areas, but did you know that the percentage of female directors in the industry is barely half of what it was in 2000? For the latest LifeSpy, we were proud to see that the remaining flick chicks are holding their own.

Jen is a USC grad whose work has shown at the Tribeca Film Festival, and we can't get enough of her uncensored insights.
