Plenty of people are curious about yoga, but the hissy breathing techniques and excruciating poses can prove too intense for all but the most devout.But all that panting and pose-holding may pay off outside of the studio: A new study suggests that those who regularly practice yoga experience more bliss in the bedroom. According to the study, yoga increases arousal and desire in women. Researchers attribute at least some of this ecstasy to yogis' ability to focus and block out distractions.
Of course, any regimen that improves flexibility and builds muscle tone in even the most, uh, intimate areas has obvious benefits. Regular practitioners have also reported having better, more intense orgasms. And yoga can help guys avoid premature ejaculation, too (tell your ex, One-Minute Man, that you've replaced him with a Reverse Warrior).
