Future business tycoons take note: Yesterday, the Wall Street Journal released its 2008 edition of Women to Watch. At the top of the list, some familiar names: Sheila Bair (pictured), chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., and Indra Nooyi, CEO of PepsiCo (they also topped Forbes' Most Powerful Women list). But there are some new notables, too. In particular: Indrani Mukerjea, chief executive at INX Media, a private Indian television company. At 36, Mukerjea is the youngest woman on the list and is also India's first female media mogul. Mukerjea oversees three of the country's leading television channels.
