Swimming with the Fishes: Flavor-Blasted Goldfish Battle

We happen to be Goldfish traditionalists, but in an effort to be current and "with the times," we decided to try the newest Goldfish flavors, Flavor Blasted Racing Ranch and Monstrous Mozzarella Stick. Both flavors come to us by way of a sporty new Pepperidge Farm spokesfish, Xtreme, who reminds munchers that eating Flavor Blasters is a great "way to carpe some diem." Uh, okay Xtreme. On to the snackdown.

Appearance: Pleasant aqua-blue coloring to denote cooling ranch flavors inside. Splashy ranch bowl illustrations bring home the ranch attack.	Appearance: Packaging features exxxtreme mozzarella sticks blasting out of center, along with Xtreme, the cartoon fish, swimming through the middle.

Taste: Typical tangy ranch flavor -- not too tangy though. Let's not forget these are Goldfish we're dealing with! Even Xtreme Goldfish aren't going to knock your flavor socks off.	Taste: The picture on the bag suggests the flavor of both mozzarella sticks and delicious marinara sauce, howevs these Goldfishes are swimming in nothing but powdery cheese flavor.
