For good and valuable consideration (including but not limited to the opportunity to participate in this project), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and intending to be legally bound, the undersigned and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) ("I", "me", "my", "myself") grant an exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable and perpetual license to AOL LLC, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees and authorized agents (collectively "AOL") to use, reproduce, edit, modify, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the attached materials (the "Materials") and any biographical or supplemental information which I may provide to AOL (the "Bio" collectively with the Materials, the "Submission"), in any program or feature (the "Program") for AOL, in any manner, in any and all media and via any means of distribution, whether known or invented later including in connection with any of AOL's products, services or affiliated Internet sites, online or offline, including in all merchandising, advertising, promotion or publicity for the Program or AOL. Any derivative uses that AOL may make incorporating the Submission shall be considered to be the property of AOL. AOL is not obligated to include the Submission in the Program or in any program, and is not obligated to produce the Program. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve AOL's use or modification of the Submission and any written copy that may be created in connection therewith and further waive any right to compensation for AOL's use of the Submission. If I am contacted by the press to comment on my participation in the Program, I agree that I will not give any statements or hold myself out as a representative of AOL or the Program without first obtaining written permission from AOL.

I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service posted on AOL's website regarding participation in this Program, and those terms and conditions are made part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by this reference.

I represent and warrant that ( i) I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, (ii) that I am the copyright owner and/or the person who created the Submission, (iii) the Submission shall not infringe on any copyright or any other third party right nor violate any applicable law or regulation, and (iv) I have the right to grant any and all necessary copyright and other related rights to the Submission, free and clear of all claims and encumbrances, and without violating the rights of any person or entity, including any right to privacy or publicity. I agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein, and hereby hold AOL harmless from and against any third party claim arising from the Program or AOL's use of the Submission as otherwise permitted herein.

This License and Release shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except for its conflicts of laws principles. In the event of a dispute, I agree that I shall be limited to my remedies at law, and in no event shall I have the right to enjoin or prevent the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of the Program or any other programs, or the advertising, promotion and publicity related to the Program or any other programs.
